Delightful chambre d'hôte in the heart of Gascony. Valence sur Baïse is a Bastide village founded in 1274, perched on a ridge above the River Baïse and just 10 km from the Armagnac market town of Condom in the department of the Gers, one of France 's least populated and most rural regions.
Accommodation
Three Bedrooms total. One suite with king size bed and living room, One double and one twin bedroom. All ensuite. Sleeps a total of 6 people.
Eau de Nil Room Sleeps 2; €60 / room / night Planned for those who prefer twin beds and a bath, this room overlooks the main street of Valence . The beds are 2 m long and the room provides a large fitted wardrobe space. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and integral shower, a modern one-piece moulded sink and WC. The Mimosa Sleeps 2; €70 / room / night Overlooking the courtyard and garden with views across to the neighbouring village of Maignaut-Tauzia , this is a spacious bedroom with a super king-sized double bed. The en suite bathroom has a large retro-style basin, WC and a walk-in shower complete with an oversized shower head. The Rose Suite Sleeps 2; €90 / room / night This suite of rooms consists of a good-sized living room furnished with sofa, chairs and coffee table, and a French painted armoire. It also has satellite TV (BBC World) and DVD player. The bedroom faces north east with views over the garden and has a king-sized bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is finished with teak fittings and has a walk in multi-jet hydro massage shower.
